How to lead a meeting:

  • Agenda is a list of meeting's activities in which they are to be taken up, by beginning with the call to order and ending with adjournment.

  • An agenda guides the group through the ideas that need to be discussed and aslo save lots of time.

  • Handouts are a quick and easy way to deliver information out to groups

  • Handouts allow colleagues to review meeting information later
